Hi! We would like to seek for your kind support for a swimming championship that will be held on 29th and 30th December 2015 at MBI Swimming Complex, Ipoh, Perak.
Perak Closed Swimming Championship 2015 is an annual swimming competition in Perak, which stands as a platform for the young swimmers who comes from all around the Perak region, to showcase their talent and the results of their training throughout the year.
The meet is organized by the Amateur Swimming Association of Perak, together with the National Sports Council of Perak.
The event will be joined by swimmers and students from various clubs and schools in the whole region of Perak, which includes Taiping, Setiawan, Teluk Intan, and other districts.
The competition is targeted to the young children who possess talents and potential in swimming that in future they will be representing Malaysia. We are expecting 300 participants in this meet. As this is an annual event in swimming calendar of Perak, all the swimmers will be committed to participate in the event despite being the end of the year.
Our target fund is RM10,000, which will be spent on Medal & Prizes (25%), Equipment rental and purchase (45%) and Event staffing (30%).

Risks:
Without this fund, we won't be able to recruit sufficient manpower to execute their roles in this event. We won't be able to rent sufficient equipments and canopy tent that are required to make the event runs smoothly.

I wish to see this happen and that is the reason why I took up the leadership to organise this event. This is my first ever State-level swimming competition that I have organised, I hope you will be able to support me as much as you can.
